Daehyung Lee
Daehyung Lee is the founder and director of Hzone. He has curated numerous exhibitions and projects, including Decoding Korea at Grand Palais Immersif (2024), DIALOGUE (2022-2024), Incheon Airport Art Project (2022-present), CONNECT, BTS (2020), SBS D Forum Sound Art Project "Fermata" (2020), Korea Research Fellow 10X10 (2018-2021), Counterbalance at the Korean Pavilion, Venice Biennale (2017) and Korean Eye (2009-2012). He received the iF Design Award in 2024 and the Red Dot Design Award in 2018.
As the founding art director of Hyundai Motor Company, he orchestrated partnership programs with Tate Modern, LACMA, MMCA, and Bloomberg. In 2023, Lee co-executive produced the Nam June Paik film "Moon Is the Oldest TV," which was screened at Sundance, V&A, Guggenheim, and MoMA. Currently, he is a columnist for stirworld.com and serves on the boards of the ArtScience Museum in Singapore, the Nam June Paik Cultural Foundation, and Art Center Nabi.
