Your registration includes engaging conference sessions, morning, afternoon tea and lunch and access to the exhibition over the three conference days (Monday 10 - Wednesday 12 July 2023).

This year, CRA is pleased to offer a Gala Dinner bundle for early bird registrations. Gala Dinner tickets within a bundle are at a reduced fee. All registration costs are in $AUD and include GST.

Diversity and Inclusion Grant

The Diversity and Inclusion Grant aims to bring increased diversity of voices and perspectives to our annual conference Collaborate Innovate 2023 by for individuals in industry-research collaboration who come from diverse backgrounds and who would not be able to attend without this added financial support. Researchers, staff and students from member organisations are encouraged to apply.

Acknowledgment and communication 

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within a few hours of submitting a registration form (please check your SPAM folder). If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to Conlog at collaborateinnovate@conlog.com.au.

Cancellations 

All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to collaborateinnovate@conlog.com.au. Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to collaborateinnovate@conlog.com.au.

  • Cancellations received before Friday 9 June 2023 will receive a refund less a $100 per administration fee
  • Cancellations received after Friday 9 June 2023 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee 
  • Refunds will not be issued until after the conference 
  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference 
  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual concerned. Please check the accommodation terms and conditions when booking
  • If you are unable to attend the conference after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitutes names are to be received via email to collaborateinnovate@conlog.com.au.
Payment 

All payments must be received prior to the conference and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the conference still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received before Friday 9 June 2023.
