Jaymie graduated in 2015 from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master’s of Podiatric Practice. With a desire to work in acute setting, a keen interest in wound care and the high risk foot Jaymie has worked at the Wimmera Base Hospital, at Dandenong Hospital for Monash Health and is currently working in the Foot Procedure Unit for Northern Health. Podiatry roles at these health services as well as within the private sector have allowed her to be a part of the patient journey across all aspects of care. Besides a passion for the high risk foot, Jaymie is a mother to a loving and sometimes grumpy 2 year old daughter, Rosie.
