Dr Selena Boyd has been a lecturer in pharmacy practice since 2008. Prior to her career in academia, Selena worked in both hospital and managed community pharmacies and is an experienced practicing pharmacy practitioner. She has an Honours degree in pharmacology and a PhD in equine wound healing and anti-scarring. Her research interests are in compounded medications and medicinal cannabis. She has been involved in reviewing the Pharmacy Professional Practice Standards and is a member of the Australian Pharmaceutical Formulary Review Group.
