Dean Samaras is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons (ACPS). He is an AHPRA registered specialist Podiatric Surgeon and is endorsed by the Podiatry Board of Australia to prescribe scheduled medicines. Dean provides specialist consulting and surgical services in metropolitan and regional Victoria. He emphasises the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to practice as well as considering both conservative and surgical options when treatment planning. During his preceptorship training in the UK he performed a wide range of diabetic foot surgery within a multi-disciplinary team.
