Dimitri has worked as a Podiatrist for 23 years at Ballarat Health Services now known as Grampians Health. He is the current Manager of Allied Health Assistants for Grampians Health. He developed the only existing High Risk Foot Service in the Grampians region of Victoria, and has completed qualifications in Diabetes Education, wound care, prescription of scheduled medicines, health service management and research. He is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Public Health with the aim of establishing an evidence-based clinical pathway for the assessment. Diagnosis and management of people with acute Charcot Neuro-osteoarthropathy in the Grampians region of Victoria.
