Is VET reform on track?
Australia is embarking on a generational reform of the VET system, based around the recommendations of the Joyce Review. This panel will discuss the progress to date and the critical next steps.

New apprenticeship models and the role of GTOs

Australia’s VET system is on the cusp of a new era of reform, based around a series of Industry Clusters that aim to fast-track training and qualifications development. Three industries which have been at the forefront of this change will discuss their experience and the challenges.

Masterclasses

These interactive sessions will focus on two areas of keen interest – a new cadetship model that is gaining traction, and some of the critical pieces of data that help better understand the VET system.

The sessions will be repeated back-to back, so delegates will be able to attend both masterclasses.
