Powerful women have championed improved culture, access and equity. Speakers will reflect on their own experience and achievements and how industry and employers can empower more women to forge careers through apprenticeships and traineeships, particularly in male dominated fields. The session will be chaired by Kit McMahon, CEO, Women’s Health in the South East.
