Sophie Russell was awarded 2021 Apprentice of the Year at the Tasmanian Training Awards. Growing up in a civil construction business, her passion for the construction industry started from an early age. Sophie is a qualified Carpenter and currently undertaking a diploma in Work Health and Safety. She lives by the motto "you can achieve anything in life if you put your head to it. And the most stupid question is the one you don't ask!"
