Damian Peirce has 17 years of experience in the VET sector having been engaged across a broad range of key stakeholders and service providers. Currently in the role of Career Facilitator for the Industry Training Hub in Burnie and previously an Apprenticeship Network Provider, an Industry Skills Council and for several RTOs. These roles have included work as a trainer and assessor, skills advisory manager, operations manager and in business development. Damian has worked with many Tasmanian employers across all sectors, supporting and guiding them in achieving their workforce development goals and assisting in creating effective training and finding solutions to skills shortages. His strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, account management and a long standing and extensive network of connections.
