If you are unable attend JTS 2026 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names and contact details are to be received via email to
jts@conlog.com.au
Cancellations made before/on Monday 2 February 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110
Cancellations on/after Tuesday 3 February 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the JTS 2026 Design Committee
Refunds will not be issued until after the symposium
Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance at the symposium
Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation terms and conditions when booking
Should your attendance to the symposium be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the conference organisers will discuss available options on a case-by-case basis and come to a mutual agreement.
