General Information

Acknowledgment/confirmation
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within five (5) working days of submitting a registration form. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder prior to contacting Conlog.

If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to Conlog.
Cancellation policy and refunds
All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to jts@conlog.com.au

Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to jts@conlog.com.au

If you are unable attend the symposium after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitutes names are to be received via email to jts@conlog.com.au

Cancellations made on/before Monday 2 February 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110

Cancellations on/after Tuesday 3 February 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee Refunds will not be issued until after the symposium

Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the symposium

Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual concerned.

Catering and dietary requirements
Morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be provided. If you have not already notified Conlog of any special dietary requirements (eg shellfish allergy, vegetarian), please do so as soon as possible by emailing jts@conlog.com.au.

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the caterer's ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise Conlog of their requirements prior to the symposium, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan etc.) as prescribed by your doctor to the symposium and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.
Accommodations to participate
Every effort will be made to support you to feel comfortable and included at JTS 2026. Should you require any specific assistance in accessing the symposium, or any arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include details on your registration form under the section 'Accessibility Requirements.' Disclaimer
The symposium information is correct at the time of publishing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. In the event of industrial disruptions, the symposium and organisers accept no responsibility.
Photography
Photographs will be taken throughout the symposium and networking event. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken, please email jts@conlog.com.au or visit the registration desk upon your arrival at the symposium.
Dress code
The dress for all symposium sessions and networking event is business casual.
Fees
All fees must be paid in advance of the symposium. Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST). All symposium registrations and ticket rates quoted within this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Name badges
Your official symposium name badge must be worn at all times throughout the symposium, as it is your entry to all sessions.
Registration desk
The registration and information desk will be open for the duration of the symposium and will serve as your main point of contact for all enquiries.
Payment
All payments must be received prior to the symposium. If payment for your registration type (eg Early Bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will be changed to the next registration level. All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive.

Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration and payment. VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. When you pay by credit card, Conference Logistics will appear on your statement.

Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Please note credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount showing once you select you card type.

Details for EFT payments will be provided on your tax invoice. Please reference the payment with your name and invoice number.
Privacy
A list of participants will be produced, including individuals' details such as name, organisation and state/country. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register.

JTS 2026 is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018. Therefore, before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your event registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (e.g. providing dietary requirements to symposium venues and accommodation booking details to the specified hotel).This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protect the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.
