The JTS 2026 is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.

Before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the symposium (providing dietary requirements to venues, accommodation bookings details to hotels, or health related contact tracing if required, for example).

This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.

If you do not provide consent, you will be unable to register for JTS 2026. Once complete, your registration information will be securely forwarded to the symposium secretariat.

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the Conlog prior to the symposium of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc.) as prescribed by your doctor to the symposium and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Pre-Symposium NFSA facilities tour

Delegates are invited to join a guided tour of the NFSA's facilities, including the Audio, Visual, and Film digitisation studios, as well as the Conservation and Digital Preservation labs. Two tour sessions are available, each capped at 25 delegates. Please indicate below if you wish to attend a tour. These pre-symposium tours will be held on Monday 2 March at 2pm and 3pm.

Terms and conditions

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to jts@conlog.com.au

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to jts@conlog.com.au

  • If you are unable to attend JTS 2026 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names are to be received via email to jts@conlog.com.au

  • Cancellations made before/on Monday 2 February 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110

  • Cancellations received on/after Tuesday 3 February 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the JTS Organising Committee

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the symposium

  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the symposium

  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation and airline Terms and Conditions when booking

  • Should your attendance to the symposium be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the symposium organisers will discuss available options on a case-by-case basis and come to a mutual agreement.

Payment of fees 

All payments must be received prior to the symposium and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the symposium still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing before/on Monday 2 February 2026.

All registration fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration.

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Please note credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount currently showing once you select your card type.

All payments will be processed through EventsAir Pay. Please note 'Conference Logistics' will appear on your statement.
