Professor Jane Halton AO PSM is the Chair of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations. She is a member of the board of the ANZ, Clayton Utz, and the US Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation. She was previously a member of the board of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, Naval Group, Interim chair of Crown Resorts, co-chair of the COVAX initiative and Chair of the Australian Council on the Ageing. Jane is Professor of Health Policy and Health Security at the ANU. Her 33 career within the Australian public service, included nearly 15 years as Secretary of the Departments of Finance and Health (and Ageing). Previously she was Executive Co-ordinator (Deputy Secretary) of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. She has held a number of significant roles in Global Health Governance including chair of the board of WHO and chair of the OECD Health Committee.
