Dr Atul Sharma works as a medical doctor in NSW and sits on the ANU National Security College Youth Council. He is a co-founder of the “ANU Democracy Society”, a non-partisan student society discussing democratic values and how to sustain and strengthen democracy. 

Atul previously worked under a Cabinet Minister in The Australian Parliament House and is an active researcher in the health impacts of Climate Change. He has broad interests in Science and Health Policy. 

Atul completed the unique Bachelor of Philosophy (Science) Program at the ANU with first class honours, and is a graduate of the ANU Medical School.
