Tiffiny Lewin is senior executive with a 30+ year career spanning diverse sectors in Australia & abroad including financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, and professional services.
Her journey into finance was unconventional, joining Westpac as part of the Westpac’s inaugural Equilibrium program in 2015 targeting senior women from outside finance. Tiffiny is also currently a Non-Executive Director for Trajan Group Holdings, an ASX listed Life Sciences firm focussed on enriching wellbeing through scientific measurement.
Tiffiny is a passionate advocate of women’s safety and has personal lived experience as a victim survivor which provides additional context to her work at Westpac. Her role leading Customer Excellence spans servicing customers directly, governing how Westpac Group provide services in moments that matter, and leveraging insights gathered from AI, analytics, and community engagement to drive better outcomes for customers. Her team, acting as fairness advisors, are responsible for influencing product and service design, support for customers in vulnerable circumstances, safety by design and ensuring community expectations are included in decision making.
Tiffiny holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She embraces lifelong learning and has completed study at the Wharton Business School, Darden Business School & University of Lausanne through the global micro-credentialing platform Coursera and is currently learning silversmithing in her spare time to build on her passion for design.
