Serina McDuff is an experienced human rights lawyer and senior leader with an extensive background in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Serina is part of the executive leadership team at Respect Victoria heading up the policy, research, prevention, impact and coordination and monitoring and evaluation portfolios of Victoria’s dedicated primary prevention agency.
Serina's previous positions include CEO of Women's Legal Services Victoria and National Spokesperson for Women's Legal Services Australia, CEO of the Federation of Community Legal Centres Victoria, Executive Director of the YWCA of Brisbane, and Director of Advocacy and Engagement at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
Serina was also previously a human rights lawyer and senior advisor with the Victorian Government and has held a number of not-for-profit and public sector board and committee positions.
