Allan Ball is an accomplished international executive who is known for his dedication to social justice. Fundamental solutions and important assessment indicators, as argued by Allan, produce long-lasting transformation. Allan is a sought-after professor because of his emphasis on the need of social policy in addressing complex socioeconomic issues at the local level. For the past 20 years, Allan has worked in executive and high-level management roles.

Allan counts his father, Julia Gillard, Jim Ife, Missy Elliott, and himself among his influences.  Allan's time is spent leading community improvements and mobilizing communities for positive change. His motivation is a desire to permanently alter the status quo particularly ending all forms of men’s violence towards women through a primary prevention mode.

Allan has experience at the highest echelons of industry and the Australian government. He managed the transition of State Health from hierarchical to person-centered systems, including the roll out of the National Disability Insurance Agency and the renewal of White Ribbon Australia.

Allan was Channel 9 Young Leader (SA) 2013, SSON and AASW leader of the year 2017 and was named one of Linkedin's Top Voices on Gender Equity in 2022 and 2023.
