Vince Townsend is the team leader for adolescent therapeutic case management and group work in the family violence therapeutic team at VACCA Northern. With a background in early intervention, Vince has worked in the adolescent violence in the home program for the last two years. Vince has a passion working with Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander young people and has been involved in the implementation of the adolescent violence in the home program at VACCA as well as developing and facilitating family violence therapeutic groups for young people.
