Carla Lauch is a proud Gunditjmara – Kirrae Whurrong and Bundjalung woman born and raised on Bunurong / Boon Wurrung Country (Mornington Peninsula). Carla has worked with Indigenous organisations for over 10 years, such as Baluk Arts Centre as the first Indigenous Programs Officer, Willum Warrain Gathering Place as a bush playgroup facilitator and was co-founder alongside her uncle Lionel Lauch with his organisation, Living Culture. Carla currently works with Bunjilwarra Koori Youth Service providing Women’s Cultural programs and Care/Recovery work. Carla is very passionate about her heritage and shares this by offering Cultural Workshops such as Mentoring, Weaving, Art and Cooking to the wider community.
