Sharon Robertson is CEO of the Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance, formally IBSA Group, the Jobs and Skills Council for the manufacturing industry. It provides industry with a strong, more strategic voice in ensuring Australia’s VET sector delivers better outcomes for learners and employers.

IBSA was the Skills Service Organisation for the Manufacturing industry and Sharon has 20 years’ experience in senior roles within the VET sector and understands the key challenges faced by industry, and initiatives required to meet future workforce needs.
