Full registration fees include engaging conference sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon tea for two days. During breaks, you can connect with other delegates, which is a great opportunity for networking and building relations with others in the industry.
Full registrations includes all conference sessions on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 June 2025.
Registration prices
All prices are in $AUD and are inclusive of GST.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation policy and refunds
- All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to naen@conlog.com.au
- Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to naen@conlog.com.au
- If you are unable attend the conference after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitutes names are to be received via email to naen@conlog.com.au
- Cancellations made on/before Friday 9 May 2025 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110
- Cancellations on/after Saturday 10 May 2025 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee
- Refunds will not be issued until after the conference
- Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference
- Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual concerned
- Should your attendance to the conference be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the conference organisers will discuss available options on a case by case basis and come to a mutual agreement.
Fees
All fees must be paid in advance of the conference. Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST). All conference registrations and ticket rates quoted within this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Payment options
All conference payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment for your registration type (e.g. Early Bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will be changed to the next registration level. All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration and payment.
Credit card - VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Please note that when you pay by credit card, Lasch Pty Ltd TA Conference Logistics will appear on your statement. All payments will be processed through EventsAir Pay payment gateway.
Credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount showing once you select you card type.
Electronic Funds Transfer - Details for EFT payments will be provided on your tax invoice.
Acknowledgement/confirmation
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrations will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within a few hours of submitting a registration form (please check your SPAM folder). If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to Conlog at naen@conlog.com.au.
