Clare Feszczak, Executive Director for the Student Pathways and Careers division, of the Department for Education. Clare has oversight for the strategic direction and operational delivery of the Career Education and Pathways strategy that aims to address skills shortages, enhance VET and school participation and completion rates, and prepare government school students for careers in South Australia. That also includes supporting schools to get students on a vocational pathway including school-based apprenticeships and traineeships. She is also responsible for the roll out of the new South Australian government technical colleges.
