Thank you for registering for the Australian Wound & Skin Alliance (AWSA) Summer School 2025 to be held at the Novotel, Geelong from 14-15 February 2025.

 

The Summer School is specifically targeted to comprise Advanced Clinicians in Allied Health and Nursing, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Practitioners, Scientists, and emerging leaders in wound management.

Dietary Requirements

Do you have any dietary requirements, allergies or food intolerances? Please leave blank if none.

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise Conlog prior to the Summer School of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc) as prescribed by your doctor to the event and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

We are holding rooms at Novotel Geelong and Vue Apartments. 

All bookings are subject to availability. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. 

The closing date for all bookings is 5pm AEDT Friday 10 January 2025. Bookings made after this date will be on request with the hotel, subject to availability and summer school rates may not apply.

All payment for accommodation may be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival.

Incidentals will be charged at check out of the hotel.

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to awsa@conlog.com.au

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to awsa@conlog.com.au

  • If you are unable attend AWSA Summer School 2025 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute, if the substitute meets registration requirements. All substitute names are to be received via email to awsa@conlog.com.au

  • Cancellations made before Friday 10 January 2025, will receive a refund less a $99 per administration fee

  • Cancellations made after Friday 10 January 2025, will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the AWSA Board

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the conclusion of the AWSA Summer School 2025

  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the AWSA Summer School 2025

  • Accommodation cancellations are at the discretion of the hotel accommodation terms and conditions which were accepted at time of the booking.

  • Should your attendance to the AWSA Summer School 2025 be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the AWSA Board will discuss available options on a case by case basis and come to a mutual agreement

Payment of Fees 

All payments must be received prior to the commencement of the AWSA Summer School 2025 and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the AWSA Summer School 2025 still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing prior to the cancellation dealine.

All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration.

Payments can be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) by selecting a tax invoice.
