Sandra Tostar, Technical Specialist Polymer Material Applications, Volvo Cars
Sandra’s background is within the packaging industry, with a focus on product development, project management and polymer expertise. She completed her PhD at Chalmers University, Sweden, focusing on recycling of post-consumer mixed WEEE (electronic waste) plastics. Today Sandra is working at Volvo Cars as a Technical Specialist. Her focus area is within recycled and biobased plastics with the aim to increase the amounts, both in running production and in future car programs. To obtain this she has plenty of external collaborations and is engaged in several research projects.
