Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  • Attendees who find themselves unable to attend the 2025 REIACT Awards for Excellence after purchasing a ticket/s or a full table must contact reiact@conlog.com.au prior to 1 August 2025. 
  • Cancellations received on/after Friday 1 August 2025 will not be refunded.


Communication
All communication with attendees will be by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours please check your spam inbox or contact Conlog on 0434 143 657 or email reiact@conlog.com.au.

Dinner Ticket/s Payment

All costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued with the confirmation email. 

Direct deposit
Bank account details will be available on the tax invoice.

Online credit card payment
Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.
Credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount currently showing once you select your card type. 
All payments will be processed through Stripe. Please note 'Conference Logistics' will appear on your statement.
