Panellist: Restorative justice and sexual harm

Renee is the Practice Lead for Open Circle, a Restorative Justice Service in Melbourne, Victoria. Renee facilitates restorative processes between people impacted by sexual violence and abuse, and the person/people responsible. Renee also has extensive experience facilitating restorative processes within an institutional context, involving survivors of historical institutional child sexual abuse and violence, and the current leaders of the institution. Renee is passionate about supporting individuals, families and communities to respond to the harms they experience in a way that honours their choices, skills, knowledge and resistance.
