Josh Wanganeen

No To Violence

Josh is a proud Yorta Yorta, Kokitha, Kaurna Werringal l, Narrungga man and proud father. Josh's family has been imbedded in both community and sports where Josh family has been involved with Rumbalara FNC and the Fitzroy stars FNC in roles largely playing over 25 years. Josh is currently the lead Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Trainer for Vacsal across the state of Victoria. Josh was mentored for this role by the late Dr. Alf Bamblett. 

Josh has many years’ experience working with the Aboriginal communities across the Loddon Mallee, Goulburn Valley and now residing within the Metro areas. These sectors in include Education and Community Services. Josh has held positions within the Rumbalara Football Netball Club, Department Education and Training and now for Victorian Aboriginal Community Services Association Limited. 

 Josh has also had management postions in Family Violence later moving back into his passion of training and facilitation. Josh has completed duel Diplomas in Teaching Community services. Josh has also completed by his Arts Degree in Psychology. His current in the lead facilitator and therapist for the RTO and his own business Dungala Dreaming.
