Deanne Carson is CEO and founder of Body Safety Australia, a charity established in 2015 to promote childhoods free from violence where children enjoy equitable and respectful relationships. 

Deanne has been instrumental in developing primary prevention programs that address gender-based violence. Deanne has spoken about the need to teach consent and respectful relationships from early childhood and throughout all life stages. 

Her team work closely with communities to ensure that the programs are inclusive, representative and promote joyful relationships for all young people.
