My career in the Family Violence sector has spanned over 19 years in various roles at the Centre for Non-Violence located in Bendigo, Victoria. My roles have included: Intake and case worker roles: working with Victim Survivors of Family Violence: Women, children, and young people Men's Behaviour Change program: group facilitation and comprehensive assessments Team Leader role Program coordinator role Senior Program manager role. The Centre for Non-Violence is committed to an integrated client service model across the Program and Services stream, I have been involved in the review, development and implementation of an integrated model of client service programs from 2013 in the various role I have held at the agency. 

My current Senior Program manager role oversees the Intervention Programs, the range of Family Violence programs delivered through this program area: Family Violence programs for Victims Survivors: providing a specialised response, assessment, support, accommodation and case management Men’s Behaviour Change Program: Group programs, Perpetrator Case Management and accommodation for men who are excluded from their home due to their use of violence against family members also the recent pilot program through Family Safety Victoria: Medium-term Perpetrator Accommodation Service (MPAS).
