All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to nmc@conlog.com.au.

Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to nmc@conlog.com.au.

If you are unable attend the National Mediation Conference 2025 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names and contact details are to be received via email to nmc@conlog.com.au.

Cancellations made before/on Friday 1 August 2025 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110

Cancellations on/after 5pm AEST Friday 1 August 2025 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the NMC Design Committee.

Refunds will not be issued until after the conference.

Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance at the conference.

Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation terms and conditions when booking.
- Should your attendance to the conference be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the conference organisers will discuss available options on a case-by-case basis and come to a mutual agreement.
Payment of Fees
All payments must be received prior to the conference and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the conference still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing before 1 August 2025.
Communication
We will communicate with registered delegates by email. If you register and do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours, please check your spam inbox or contact Conlog on 02 6281 6624 or email nmc@conlog.com.au.

All staff, volunteers and other attendees at NMC2025 have the right to a safe event and workplace free of abusive, aggressive, or violent behaviour. NMC Ltd recognises that preventing sexual harassment, sex discrimination, sex-based harassment and victimisation during this event and in this workplace is a priority.
NMC Ltd has a zero-tolerance policy on aggression and violence towards staff, volunteers and attendees.
If you, or anyone you know, is concerned about someone else’s behaviour during or in association with NMC2025 (including social functions), please speak to a Conlog staff member or to a member of the Board of NMC Ltd.
