Thank you for your interest in registering for the National Mediation Conference 2025 (NMC2025).

The NMC2025 is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.

Before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (providing dietary requirements to venues, accommodation bookings details to hotels, or health related contact tracing if required, for example).

This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.

If you do not provide consent, you will be unable to register for NMC2025. Once complete, your registration information will be securely forwarded to the conference secretariat.

Dietary requirements

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the Conlog prior to the conference of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc.) as prescribed by your doctor to the conference and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

For example, please provide any requirements to allow you to physically move throughout the spaces safely (ramps, hearing loops, etc.), or tools to emotionally/mentally navigate the conference (sensory space, etc.)

Privacy in the conference app

Do you consent for your name and organisation to be made viewable in the attendee app? If so, this will allow fellow delegates, sponsors and exhibitors to request to connect with you within the app (no connections are made without consent of both parties). The app will allow you to control which, if any, contact and social media details you would like visible to fellow delegates, sponsors and exhibitors prior to connecting.

By shining a new light on Sydney, you’ll hear stories of the Gadigal, see how people lived and learn how Aboriginal culture has adapted and continues to live with this rare opportunity to connect with Sydney through the lens of Australia’s first peoples.

Terms and Conditions

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to nmc@conlog.com.au.

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to nmc@conlog.com.au.

  • If you are unable attend the National Mediation Conference 2025 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names and contact details are to be received via email to nmc@conlog.com.au.

  • Cancellations made before/on Friday 1 August 2025 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110

  • Cancellations on/after 5pm AEST Friday 1 August 2025 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the NMC Design Committee.

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the conference.

  • Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance at the conference.

  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation terms and conditions when booking.

  • Should your attendance to the conference be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the conference organisers will discuss available options on a case-by-case basis and come to a mutual agreement.

Payment of Fees 

All payments must be received prior to the conference and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the conference still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing before 1 August 2025.
