Julie Francis is the Chair of the Board of the Brigidine Asylum Seeker Project (BASP). BASP is a small, not for profit, organisation in Melbourne that has provided support for people seeking asylum for over 20 years.

Julie has a strong interest in how we can help people settle into Australia and provide opportunities to work and build social networks.

Julie is also a breeder of Wiltipoll lambs, farm forestor and has a Masters in Agriculture Science.
