Jaelle Bajada is the Head of Corporate Affairs and business leadership team member for Syngenta in ANZ, one of the world’s leading agriculture companies. Jaelle is responsible for guiding business growth and the delivery of Syngenta’s business sustainability commitments, while shaping and sharing the story of how Syngenta is helping farmers improve productivity and sustainability. Jaelle joined Syngenta in 2018 following nearly 5 years with CropLife Australia, advocating on behalf of the plant science industry. Prior to this, Jaelle held a number of roles in all levels of government where she worked on some of the most high-profile government policy communication campaigns. She has also served as a media adviser to the then Minister for Climate Change and the Parliamentary Secretary for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency.
