Charlotte has more than 25 years of experience in the Australian and international retail sector. 

Charlotte was appointed General Manager of Dairy Freezer and Convenience foods at Coles in 2018. In her role, Charlotte is accountable for the development, supply and sustainability of Coles’ chilled & frozen food business. She has led the transformation in the Coles ready meal business and the way Coles sources milk from partner farmers. 

 Prior to joining Coles in 2015, Charlotte worked for Sainsbury's Supermarkets where she was the Business Unit Director for Fresh Food (Produce, Meat, Meal Solutions, Counters and Bakery).
