Dietary requirements

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the conference secretariat, Conlog, prior to the conference of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc.) as prescribed by your doctor to the conference and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Accommodation

NAEN 2026 is holding a variety of accommodation rooms at the Ayers Rock Resort. 

All bookings are subject to availability. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. 

The closing date for all bookings is 5pm AEST Friday 25 April 2026. Bookings made after this date will be on request with the hotel, and are subject to availability.

Full payment for accommodation will be pre-charged to your credit card day 60 days prior to the conference. Incidentals will be charged at check in/out at the hotel.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

How to Search

Step 1: Enter your required check-in and check-out dates from the drop-down list

All accommodation includes return, non-exclusive, transfers from the Ayres Rock Airport to the resort. As such, please provide your flight details if known, or at least 2-weeks prior to the conference by contacting naen@conlog.com.au.

Return transfers depart 2 hours prior to flights.

To organise accommodation outside the dates provided, please specify your additional dates required in the 'Special Requirements' box. All special requests are subject to availability.

The hotels included here have been booked as part of a group block. All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to Conlog at naen@conlog.com.au.

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to naen@conlog.com.au.

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to naen@conlog.com.au.

  • If you are unable attend NAEN2026 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names are to be received via email to naen@conlog.com.au.

  • Cancellations made before/on Friday 25 April 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110.

  • Cancellations on/after Saturday 26 April 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the NAEN Conference Committee.

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the conference.

  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference.

  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation T&C when booking.

  • Should your attendance to the conference be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the conference organisers will discuss available options on a case-by-case basis and come to a mutual agreement.

Payment of Fees 

All payments must be received prior to the conference and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. If payment for your registration is not received prior to the conference, you will be required to finalise your payment onsite. Non-attendance at the conference still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing before Friday 25 April 2025.
