26th International Congress on Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM2025) registration site

Thank you for your interest in registering for the 26th International Congress on Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM2025)  which is being held at Adelaide Convention Centre from Sunday 30 November - Thursday 4 December 2025.

As a standard requirement for events, we advise the congress is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018. 

Before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the congress (providing dietary requirements to venues, accommodation bookings details to hotels, health related contact tracing, or for the facilitation of live or on-demand virtual sessions if required, for example).

This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.

If you do not provide consent, you will be unable to register for the congress. Once complete, your registration information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the congress secretariat.

MODSIM2025 is holding accommodation rooms at a number of Adelaide hotels close to the congress venue. 

All bookings are subject to availability. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. 

The closing date for all bookings is 8am AEDT Tuesday 28 October 2025. Bookings made after this date will be on request with the hotel, subject to availability and congress rates may not apply.

The accommodation is blocked at hotels from Saturday 29 November - Thursday 4 December. If you require the accommodation outside of these dates, please include a note in the additional requirements field with the accommodation of the nights required.  

Full accommodation fees will be pre-charged by the hotels 30 days prior to arrival. Charges will be made to the credit card provided with your registration. Incidentals will be charged at checkout; however, hotels may pre-authorise a security amount, which will be released after departure. 

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise advised.

If you do not require accommodation, please select the checkbox 'No accommodation required' and click 'Next'.

How to search

Step 1: Enter your required check-in and check-out dates from the drop-down list 

Step 2: Select 'Search' to see the available accommodation options and total anticipated cost as per room description. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of each room type for room description and rate inclusions.

Step 3: Select 'Book Room' for the hotel of your choice.

To organise accommodation outside the dates provided, please specify your additional dates required in the 'Special Requirements' box. All special requests are subject to availability.

The hotels included here have been booked as part of a group block. All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to Conlog at modsim@conlog.com.au.

Please read the cancellation terms and conditions listed for each hotel carefully. Each hotel has a unique cancellation policy which applies after 8am AEDT Tuesday 28 October 2025.

You will receive a confirmation email within a few hours and that will include the tax invoice.
