Thank you for your interest in registering for the 26th International Congress on Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM2025)  which is being held at Adelaide Convention Centre from Sunday 30 November - Thursday 4 December 2025.

As a standard requirement for events, we advise the congress is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018. 

Before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the congress (providing dietary requirements to venues, accommodation bookings details to hotels, health related contact tracing, or for the facilitation of live or on-demand virtual sessions if required, for example).

This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.

If you do not provide consent, you will be unable to register for the congress. Once complete, your registration information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the congress secretariat.

Dietary requirements

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the congress secretariat, Conlog, prior to the conference of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc) as prescribed by your doctor to the congress and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Inclusivity and accessibility onsite

How can we best support you to feel comfortable and included at MODSIM2025?

Icebreaker function ticket

Terms and conditions

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to modsim@conlog.com.au

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to modsim@conlog.com.au

  • If you are unable to attend MODSIM2025 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names are to be received via email to modsim@conlog.com.au

  • Cancellations made before/on Wednesday 29 October 2025 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110

  • Cancellations received on/after Thursday 30 October 2025 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the MODSIM Organising Committee

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the congress

  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the congress

  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation and airline Terms and Conditions when booking

  • Should your attendance to the congress be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the congress organisers will discuss available options on a case-by-case basis and come to a mutual agreement.

Payment of fees 

All payments must be received prior to the congress and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the congress still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing on/before Thursday 30 October 2025.

Payment

All registration fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration.

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Please note credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount currently showing once you select your card type.

All payments will be processed through EventsAir Pay. Please note 'Conference Logistics' will appear on your statement.
