Thank you for your interest in registering to attend the Comcare National Conference to be held at the National Convention Centre in Canberra from 20 - 21 August 2024.

How Your Personal Information Will Be Used
Any personal information you provide as part of the registration process will be used for marketing and activities related to the production and setup of the conference. This encompasses any information you provide onto the registration portal, which may include your personal and business details, dietary requirements, accommodation bookings, health related contact tracing, photographs and videos.

Comcare, as well as our associated service providers and partners, are unlikely to disclose your personal information to a person who is not in Australia or an external Territory.

Dietary Requirements

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the conference secretariat, Conlog, prior to the conference of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc) as prescribed by your doctor to the conference and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully, please let us know to ensure that we can arrange any reasonable adjustments.

Terms and Conditions

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to comcare@conlog.com.au.

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to comcare@conlog.com.au.

  • If you are unable attend the Comcare National Conference 2024 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. Registration transfers made before/on Friday 19 July 2024 will not incur any cost penalty. Registration transfers made after Friday 19 July 2024 at 5.00pm AEST will incur an $80 processing fee. All substitute names are to be received via email to comcare@conlog.com.au.

  • In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Conlog in writing of their inability to attend. Cancellations made before/on Friday 19 July 2024 will receive a refund less an administration fee of $150 per person. Cancellations received after Friday 19 July 2024 at 5.00pm AEST will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Comcare Organising Committee.

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the conference.

  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference.

  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the individual Terms and Conditions when booking.

  • Should your attendance to the conference be impacted by any restrictions enforced by COVID-19 government regulations, the Comcare Organising Committee will discuss available options on a case by case basis and come to a mutual agreement.

The conference program and registration information are correct at the time of publication. However, organisers reserve the right to change information where necessary. Conference organisers reserve the right to cancel or vary activities if minimum numbers are not reached. Comcare and their agents act only as organisers of these activities and do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the service providers. No liability is accepted for any inaccuracy, delay, damage, death or personal injury. 

Payment of Fees 

All payments must be received prior to the conference and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the conference still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing before Friday 19 July 2024.

All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration.

Payments can be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) by selecting a tax invoice.

Online credit card payment

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.

Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone - 02 6281 6624.

Please note credit card payments attract a 2% fee. This fee will be added to the amount once you select your credit card type.

  All payments will be processed through eWAY. Please note 'Conference Logistics' will appear on your statement.
