Riana Yeates is the Acting General Manager of the Research and Collaboration Branch in the Department of Industry, Science and Resources. Riana has worked in science and research policy for a number of years, with policy responsibilities during this time including areas such as science engagement, diversity in STEM, business-research collaboration and intellectual property policy. Prior to joining the public service, Riana worked in diagnostic pathology as a medical scientist for over 14 years.
