Quin Chang is Chair of Knowledge Commercialisation Australasia Ltd (KCA), the peak body representing technology transfer professionals and their organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

Quin is also Director of Enterprise Development at La Trobe University where he leads the development of strategic partnerships and enterprise opportunities.

Quin previously managed the Research Partnerships team at RMIT University and prior to that he worked in the automotive industry. He held various design, engineering and management positions at Toyota Motor Corporation and Ford Motor Company where he led the design and manufacturing of key components seen in modern vehicles today. His diverse industry experience includes product development, global supply chain management and human resources.

Quin is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Registered Technology Transfer Professional, holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from RMIT University and a Diploma of Project Management.
