Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to Conference Logistics, and are subject to the hotel's terms and conditions.  Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may attract a penalty fee of one night's accommodation. Cancellations within 48 hours or failing to arrive on the specified check in date may incur a cancellation or 'no show' fee, which can be up to the equivalent of the full value of the accommodation booking.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the APPC-AIP Congress 2016 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received before 3 November 2016 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations received on or after 3 November 2016 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy. 

Payment of fees
All Congress and function payments must be received prior to the Congress. If payment for your registration type (eg Early bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will automatically be changed to the next registration level.

Please note: All international delegates paying by bank transfer, will be required to pay an additional $20 (AUD) to cover the bank transfer fee.
