CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing to Conlog at ahisa@conlog.com.au
Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Conlog - Conference Logistics. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact Conlog on (02) 6281 6624.
Should it be necessary to cancel your registration due to Government imposed travel restrictions, we will provide you with a full refund, minus any bank fees incurred. Evidence may be requested, and each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for any other reason will adhere to the following cancellation terms:
Registration Fees:
▪ Cancellations on or before Friday 21 August 2026 will incur a A$50.00 cancellation fee.
▪ Cancellations received between Saturday 22 August and Tuesday 22 September 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
▪ Cancellations on or after Wednesday 23 September 2026 will not be refunded.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
PAYMENTS
All items must be paid for in advance of the Conference. If opting to pay via EFT, payment must be received at least seven (7) working days prior to the Conference. Any registrations with payments outstanding after Friday 25 September 2026 will be automatically cancelled and cancellation fees will be pursued in accordance with the above cancellation and refund policy.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this conference, you consent to having your photo taken and used for promotional purposes. This may include LinkedIn, Twitter, Conference Website & Email Marketing. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please advise the Registration Desk.
EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
The Organisers and Conlog do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event being cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or any other event that renders performance of the event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable, or impossible. An unforeseen event shall include but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.
CANCELLING YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Any accommodation bookings made for the event via a 3rd party outside of the registration portal (Hotel website, bookings.com, travel agent, etc) have been made by the delegate personally, Conlog and AHISA take no responsibility for accommodation bookings made by delegates through their chosen channels.
LATE REGISTRATIONS (AFTER REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED)
Registrations for the conference will close at midnight (AEST) on Tuesday 22 September 2026 to enable appropriate pre-conference preparations. However, late registrations may be accepted upon application. A late fee of $88.00 will be applied. Delegates who are approved to register after the closing date will be required to pay for all related costs immediately by credit card. Invoices will be provided when you register. A late registration is any registration received after midnight (AEST) Tuesday 22 September 2026. Late registrations incur a risk that social programs and electives may already be fully subscribed. This policy has been implemented to enable a greater efficiency in the coordination necessary during the lead up to the conference, and to ensure the most enjoyable conference experience possible for everyone involved.
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is highly recommended that participants and accompanying partners take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The insurance should cover loss arising from the cancellation of the conference by the organisers or a person’s inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance. Please check with your insurer on the full terms and conditions of the policy.
