Thank you for registering for ADVANCE 2026 to be held at Doltone House Darling Island, Sydney from 20-21 February 2026.

 

The ADVANCE Conference is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.


Before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (e.g. providing dietary requirements to venues, accommodation bookings details to hotels).


This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the Conference Secretariat, Conlog, of their requirements prior to the conference, and bring any allergy medication as prescribed by your doctor to the conference and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Post Conference Drinks

Date: Saturday, February 21, 2026
Time: 4.00pm - 5.00pm
Venue: Doltone House

Join us for a drink after the conference concludes. It’s a great opportunity to unwind and connect with fellow delegates and speakers.

Drinks and nibbles will be provided and will be complimentary, please indicate attendance for catering purposes.

Terms and Conditions

  • All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to advance@conlog.com.au.

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to advance@conlog.com.au.

  • All registrations are non-transferable, this is an invitation-only event. Exceptions are at the discretion of the ADVANCE Conference Committee.

  • Cancellations made before/on Sunday, January 18, 2026, will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110

  • Cancellations after/on Monday, January 19, 2026, will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the ADVANCE Conference Committee.

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the conference.

  • Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance at the conference.

  • Accommodation cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation T&C’s when booking.

Payment of Fees 

All payments must be received prior to the conference and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the conference still requires full payment, unless a cancellation is received in writing before Sunday, January 18, 2026.

ADVANCE 2026 Code of Conduct

ADVANCE Conference 2026 values a safe event and workplace free from physical and psychological harm, harassment, discrimination, and bullying. 

All staff, volunteers and other attendees at ADVANCE 2026 have the right to a safe event and workplace free of abusive, aggressive, or violent behaviour. ADVANCE 2026 Committee recognises that preventing sexual harassment, sex discrimination, sex-based harassment and victimisation during this event and in this workplace is a priority.

ADVANCE 2026 has a zero-tolerance policy on aggression and violence towards staff, volunteers and attendees.

If you, or anyone you know, is concerned about someone else's behaviour during or in association with ADVANCE 2026 (including social functions), please speak to a Conlog staff member or to a member of the ADVANCE 2026 Committee.

Payment

All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration.

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Please note credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount currently showing once you select your card type.

All payments will be processed through EventsAir Pay. Please note 'Lasch Pty Ltd trading as Conference Logistics' may appear on your statement.
