Thank you for your interest in registering for the 50th International Mental Health Nursing Conference which is being held at Adelaide Convention Centre, from Wednesday 7 to Friday 9 October 2026.

The conference is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018. 

Before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (providing dietary requirements to venues, accommodation bookings details to hotels, health related contact tracing, or for the facilitation of live or on-demand virtual sessions if required, for example).

This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.

If you do not provide consent, you will be unable to register for the conference. Once complete, your registration information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the conference secretariat.

ACMHN 2026 will be held on the traditional land of the Kaurna people in Tarntanya, Adelaide. International delegates are encouraged to also include the traditional place name of where they are based. If you are unsure of the traditional name, we recommend you reach out to your country's relevant Indigenous authority.

Dietary Requirements

Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the conference secretariat, Conlog, prior to the conference of their requirements, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan, etc) as prescribed by your doctor to the conference and any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and venue, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

ACMHN 2026 is holding accommodation rooms at a number of Adelaide hotels and apartments.

All bookings are subject to availability. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. 

The closing date for all bookings is 5pm AEST Friday 4 September 2026. Bookings made after this date will be on request with the hotel, subject to availability and conference rates may not apply.

Full accommodation fees will be pre-charged by the hotels 30 days prior to arrival. Charges will be made to the credit card provided with your registration. Incidentals will be charged at checkout; however, hotels may pre-authorise a security amount, which will be released after departure. 

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise advised.

  • Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to acmhn@conlog.com.au

  • If you are unable attend ACMHN 2026 after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names are to be received via email to acmhn@conlog.com.au

  • Cancellations made before/on Friday 4 September 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110

  • Cancellations on/after Saturday 5 September 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the ACMHN Organising Committee

  • Refunds will not be issued until after the conference

  • Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference

  • Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the accommodation and airline Terms and Conditions when booking

Payment of Fees 

All payments must be received prior to the conference and within the due date listed on the tax invoice. Non-attendance at the conference still requires payment in full, unless a cancellation is received in writing before Friday 4 September 2026.

All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration.

Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Please note credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee. This fee will be added to the amount currently showing once you select your card type.

All payments will be processed through EventsAir Pay. Please note 'Lasch Pty Ltd, Conference Logistics' will appear on your statement.
